FREE line dancing for adults… Friday 2nd January . Gates open at 7pm for arrival, parking and signing in, ready for a 7.30pm start.
At Willow Farm located at The American Barn Fulbeck. NG32 3JA

📣 Things have changed slightly for the line dancing at The American Barn for 2026, and registration is now online in advance, along with donations please.

🤠 Dance can help overcome emotional struggles and boost self-esteem and self-confidence while enhancing physical, cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, and creative processes.

👢 👢 Researchers have found that dance can help reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
It can boost self-esteem, improve body image, and make you feel better overall.

Yes we are offering this for FREE however a donation /contribution to overheads of £5 pp, will go a long way to making this activity sustainable.

Licensed bar and hot drink refreshments also available, at a small charge.

All funds received will go back into supporting mental health & wellbeing activities.
