3 Things I wish I knew sooner 😊

🌟Here it is again!!! 🌟

After all the great feedback from this years retreat I’m delighted to say I’m holding another in February 2026.

I’ve joined forces with a great colleague and friend, Louise Violet who has an outstanding reputation as a Trauma-Informed Hypnotherapist and Somatic Coach.

Sooo I’m delighted to invite a small intimate group of spiritual seekers to spend the day with me at my home for a sacred journey with the divine to discover their true purpose and learn how to live a life on their terms finding what inner peace and happiness really is 😊

I’ve put all the golden nuggets into one workshop that has not only helped me find my purpose and discover what inner peace is but my clients to for over 22 years 💡☺️

At the age of 30 I knew something needed to change, I was unhappy, burnt-out, everyday felt like a struggle to get through. My people pleasing tendencies were off the scale!!! Keeping busy was my best distraction, it prevented me from focussing on ME. I was hiding deep trauma from my childhood and put such a good show on for the world nobody would have known 🙈

The problem worsened with health conditions that floored me. Something needed to change. 🤔

Chasing everything externally DIDN’T help; the holidays, cars and everything else. They were nothing more than short lived temporary fixes.

I started to understand myself better when I took a deep dive into looking at my outdated beliefs, all the subconscious programming from society, parents and ancestral baggage I was carrying that WASN’T even mine!! 😳

This is when I found the peace I had been searching and longing for. It gave me permission to actually be me. Living a purposeful life was what I was actually searching for. The transformation came from within!!💡

I began to listen to my soul the part of me that really knows my needs and desires (the part I had ignored and neglected for far too long).

I’m now offering this to you ☺️
