Yvette shares those key elements that led her to her freedom from the tumour,

showing you how you can reach your full potential. She truly understands what it is like to be stuck and have fears that prevent you from moving forward in your life. Her belief is that when you understand truly what creates something and you deeply understand yourself you can then set yourself free from your fears and whatever holds you back. Yvette is also a trustee of a charity, The Johnson & Mukherjee Brothers Charitable Trust, which helps schools support projects that benefit children and their community.

How magical. A few days ago I was thinking how lovely it would be to have some sunflowers. And today a dear friend of mine brought them for me. Friendship is beautiful. As beautiful as these sunflowers. There is something mystical and magical about sunflowers and their need to turn to the sun. We can find beauty and love in many things. Allow yourself to feel the love. Thank you to this beautiful friend.

It’s come to that time of the year where it’s magical, festive, and where lots of people are having fun. However, not everyone is. As we look at the tree that has no leaves, that may look sad. However, it is resting, taking time, renewing itself for another season. Sometimes it’s important that we do that for ourselves. We have to learn when to take time, when we need to have more care and love for ourselves. Maybe we need to be more humble towards ourselves. Understand that nothing ever ends. Things just change and it’s about allowing ourselves to open to possibilities and opportunities. Wherever you are, I’m wishing you all a beautiful Christmas.

Full hunters moon tonight shining upon you all. Highlighting all that needs to be seen and showing you the way. I really love the moon. They often class it as seeing the shadows of yourself. It’s good to be open with yourself and you cannot always share that honesty with others, but you always will be able to with yourself. Learn to all of who you are. Sending love moon

Spent a beautiful weekend learning about the 38 Bach Flower Remedies with Katie, an ambassador of YLK Mentors and medical herbalist. We all had a great time and got the chance to make our own flower remedy. Such an interesting course and Katie is an amazing teacher. She is coming back next year in March to do another Introductory course to the 38 Bach Flower Remedies. Keep an eye out for new dates coming soon.
