💙 Meet Andi — Our New Virtual Care Navigator 💙
We’re excited to introduce Andi, our new virtual care navigator, designed to help us manage patient requests and phone calls more efficiently. Andi has been developed by the same team behind Anima, the online clinical triage tool many of you already use.

What is Virtual Care Navigation?
When you call the surgery, instead of waiting in a long queue, you’ll now be able to speak to Andi. Andi will record your request and send it directly to our Clinical Triage Team, helping us get you the care and information you need more quickly.
