Did not do Tibetan 5 rites in advent this year as December was crazy , going to be doing it January instead and offering my practices to people suffering Crohn’s disease and bowel
Diseases , I have been suffering for six months now six months with Crohn’s and had no really idea how this affects life , still actively seeking treatment and hoping 2026 brings an improvement but it’s not an easy thing to talk about , and the affects make daily life a big struggle , so my Tibetan five rites daily practice in January is for all suffering 🧘‍♂️😊
