Join us for a cosy Tuesday evening of deep rest. Yoga Nidra returns tomorrow, 3rd Feb, and runs fortnightly—3rd & 17th March, 31st March. £12 per person, 7–8pm, max 12 places. All equipment provided—just bring yourself! Stay after for hot chocolate and biscuits.

Happy New Year! 2026 yoga at my central Lincoln studio starts tonight with yoga nidra 7-8pm, and there’s lots of new classes on the timetable for this year. Early morning energy lift 7:30-8:30am on Wednesday and Friday, and post work unwind 5:30-6:30pm on Thursday. If you've ever chatted with me in person, you'll know that its my passion and purpose to bring yoga to everyone, not just those with plenty of disposable income and that's why I'm setting up Peace Place People as a social enterprise.

With Christmas around the corner and lots of spending going on I'm thrilled to share with you this NO COST TO YOU way to help us to fund our supported places to truly make yoga & meditation accessible to all.

Yoga Nidra is a deep rest guided meditation that will leave you feeling restored. You simply lie down under a blanket and I guide you to rest. All equipment provided, nothing to do but rest.
