Since 2010, I have been looking after runners and gym goers and their various injuries and niggles. I am a keen CrossFitter and runner myself and - no sports man or woman likes to be injured and have time away from our sports. Max has a real talent for helping people move and feel better.

Here’s what Max brings to the table:
✔ Top sports massage and deep tissue work
✔ Proper smart rehab plans – especially for those tricky injuries
✔ A calm, down-to-earth style with plenty of know-how
✔ And a real interest in sorting shoulders, knees, and the bits in between
✔ Also does casual work for Hull City FC (but we'll allow that! haha)

He’s in the clinic Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons & evenings – perfect for post-work visits or getting back to training without the niggles.
