How many times have you started a new training block, gone hard for two weeks, then slowly stopped because life got in the way?

Same. It’s not a motivation problem. It’s a structure problem.

Having a proper plan that accounts for your actual schedule, your recovery, and what you’re training towards makes a bigger difference than any workout hack or supplement ever will.

That’s what I try to build for people. Nothing complicated. Just training that fits your life and actually moves you forward.

I come to you, so you can get treatment in your own home—no need to travel or deal with a busy gym environment.

Cooking up some serious progress now

Isla came to me looking to get back on track and lose weight having recently graduated as a nurse meaning a hectic work schedule and as well being a very mentally and physically demanding role

Not been an easy task for her by any means but by giving her training and nutrition the structure it was very much lacking she’s now absolutely smashing it:
⬇️ 18lbs
⬆️ 30kg squat increase
⬆️ 20kg deadlift increase

If I had to lose body fat again from scratch, I wouldn’t chase extremes — I’d lock in the basics and repeat them daily.

Steps: 8–10k minimum.
Lift 3–4x/week with intent.
Protein every meal.
Calories in check (not guesswork).
Sleep like it matters.
Stay consistent when motivation dips.

No magic. No detox. Just discipline done long enough to work.
