Are you one for a joint support?
We aren’t against them, however we suggest not to rely on them if you’re at late stage rehabilitation. Having a support or old school tubigrip can aid pains during your recovery and start up phases. If it’s helping you then why change it 🤷♂️?
Elbows, knees and ankles are very common for strapping and support use, just ensure you are using the correct way or you can hinder your injury or put at risk.
