Sure you can imagine what it says 🙄

More important though is what it doesn’t say and hasn’t said for the last 3 years. Eat better, be active, take vitamins, get out in the air/sun, sleep well etc etc which will all bolster the immune system. Its almost as if they want everyone weak and susceptible and it’s no wonder the obesity and diabetes rates are as high as they are.

Take control of your and your family’s health this year, if you want help and support you know where to come 💪👍

And so begins World Carnivore Month. Yes it’s pretty drastic for some people but you have to think what do you hate more, the thought of not having foods you enjoy, or your health problem/s.

Works well for me, if anyone needs any help or support in making changes (not necessarily carnivore - but can’t/won’t help with vegan sorry!) please get in touch.

One GP Practice in the North West employing a low carb lifestyle approach saves £68000 a year in diabetes meds (let alone blood pressure and others which are desprescribed). Expand this to all GP practices in the country and you’d be saving over £440 million (yes million!) per year simply on diabetes meds reductions.

That would be enough to give the 32000 paramedics a £13k pay rise per year, or to give the 704000 registered nurses an extra £626 per year.

This Jan 1st will mark 8 years of 100% adherence to the ‘fad’ way of eating that is Keto/low carb/ketovore/carnivore (I float between all!).

Health problems gone, no days off sick, no Covid, weight maintenance easy, feeling good. Only a fad if you want to see it as one, perfectly safe and doable longer term.

Will be pushing a T2 diabetes improvement/remission plan in 2023, if you or someone you know can spare £20, wants to sort out their T2D and is willing to make (potentially small) diet and lifestyle changes, then get in touch. Make 2023 the year you be in charge of your diabetes not the other way round 👍💪

Thoughts on what I’ve seen on various Social Media for World Diabetes Day:
- Lots of posts about knowing if you’re at risk;
- Lots of posts about potential symptoms to look out for;
- Lots of posts saying people need support and some ideas of where to get it.
- Deafening silence of the fact that T2 can be put into remission;
- Equal deafening silence of describing T2 as a carbohydrate intolerance;
- Absolutely zero posts giving advice of how to improve your numbers or achieve remission;
- Equally zero posts about how a glucose monitor can give valuable insight about how food impacts you and what changes you should make for personal improvements.

It’s almost as if the charities and medical profession want people to keep having T2 and just take their meds, getting progressively worse and needing more meds 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you have T2 and are interested in making improvements and potentially putting it into remission, there are things you can do, and it won’t necessarily cost anything/much either!

Get in touch now if you want some real, useful help and guidance 👍

Well this is rather worrying. You might look at those numbers and not think it’s much of a big deal, but T2 used to be called adult onset diabetes as it just didn’t happen AT ALL with younger people. What are we doing to our children 😞

Please reach out if you want some advice or help if you’re in this situation or want to try and avoid getting there in the first place.

Great idea 👍

Where we are in the world now, thinking that this is healthier and better for the environment than a free range animal. Those ingredients certainly involve ‘plants’ but not the green, growing version that most people would envisage.

How can that smooshed together collection of nonsense be healthier than a 100% beef burger from a cow who has consumed grass and rain and involved minimal outside resources. And plenty of animals die to harvest peas, rapeseed and wheat so doesn’t even win on that front either!

Don’t buy this rubbish, buy the best quality and most local meat you can afford and find out what true health is 👍

If you have an Audible subscription, spend a credit on this, you won’t regret it. Simple explanations, useful analogies and make you revisit common sense about weight loss 👍
(Not got as far as the cancer one yet but imagine it’ll be just as fab)
