Debs is so proud and quite rightly so! A 'type 2' diabetic she is giving herself a burst of health by losing 2 stone in what feels like no time at all. We can't wait for her to visit her health care professional!!

This is the happy, sweaty face of someone who’s just survived a HIIT class 💪😅

Didn’t want to go (wrong leggings 🙄), sore tooth, cold sore, and a full-on attitude… but I still showed up and got it done!

Massive thank you to Jordan for keeping me going when I really wanted to give up, couldn’t have done it without you 👏🔥
