Hi everyone,
I hate to bring this up, but…
Please, please, please can I remind people to give as much notice as possible, if you need to cancel your appointment!
I absolutely understand that we are all busy, life happens and sometimes we are unable to stick to our appointments and I feel I am really understanding of this, however there are times I feel that I could certainly be given more notice…
If I find out too late, it makes it a lot harder to fill the gap and if I am unable to work…
I don’t get paid.
This has happened alot over the last couple of weeks, so I really need to mention it…
As stated on my website cancelling an appointment too close to your time slot will result in a charge, which I would hate to enforce.

This is a big shout out to Tracy at Park Lane Therapies, Heighington 🤩❤️🙌
A couple of days ago, I had the absolute pleasure and good fortune of being a IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) case study for my very gorgeous and talented friend Tracy at Park Lane Therapies.
Tracy is a beautiful soul inside and out and has helped me so much over the past couple of years…
She is a level 5 reflexologist and Is now starting her journey in IEMT - this therapy is used to help release past trauma and helps us to let go of old patterns, cycles and energy that has been holding us back.
I have had one session and can already feel a big change for the better 🤩
Tracy is a really bubbly, down to earth, kind & authentic person and will instantly put you at ease when you meet her.
Well done lovely, I am so proud of you and know that you are going to help so many with this amazing treatment!
