Hi all, I thought I'd let you know - my phone is out of action!!

Hello all! 🤩
I hope you’ve been keeping well and you’ve had a lovely summer? 😎
Sorry I have been so quiet on here, work and the boy have been keeping me busy over the hols as you can imagine!
We’ve had a fab time and done lots of cool stuff 🤩
We met up with friends, camped out with Alfs cousins under the stars, played far too much sonic, done some painting and had an incredible yet eventful holiday in France 🙈 we swam in the Dorgoyne river, played in the water park, gazed at stars, visited towns, caves & chateaus and ate tonnes of ice cream 🙈🍦😋
It’s been awesome, but we’ve done far too much and I vow next year im going to schedule in more time for relaxing!!! 😂

A little deep here but you know me, it’s going to happen! 😂…
I spent too many years being controlled by my OCD avoiding, running away from and trying to feel ‘safe’ when really what I needed to do was sit with the discomfort and face my fears….
Letting it be, actually helped me to let it go!…
I believe life is teaching us constantly, so that we can learn, grow, heal, understand ourselves better through self awareness and therefore help us to flourish 🌻
Awareness is healing 🥰🙏

I just wanted to let you know the summer hols are fast approaching and as I have been disorganised with arranging childcare and sorting out my holiday hours 🙈😂 I still have quite a bit of availability left! - so nows the time to get yourself booked in for a much needed treatment!
The hours I will be working over the hols will be Monday 10-12, Tuesday & Wednesday 10-3.30 & 5.30-9pm.

Sorry I haven’t been on here much lately, I’ve been going through quite a stressful time…

But, I have some exciting news!!!… 🙌🤩
I have decided from now on…
I WILL ONLY BE TAKING ON NEW REIKI CLIENTS!
Those of you who know me, know that the reiki is my passion and recently the results I’ve been getting have been incredible!…
I honestly feel so blessed to be a channel for this beautiful, yet powerful energy and making this decision is going to free up a bit more time and energy to concentrate on this…

As you know, I have been a holistic therapist for more years than I like to admit 😂 I feel it is the right time for me to prioritise reiki and take the business in a slightly different direction.

I WILL OF COURSE BE KEEPING ON MY REGULAR CLIENTS for the other treatments I have previously offered - but facials will no longer be available.
Also, if you have had a treatment with me within the last 6 months then I am happy to CONTINUE WITH YOUR USUAL TREATMENT.

I’d like to thankyou for your loyal and valued custom over the years, it’s been a pleasure to treat you all. It’s been a real learning curve, I’ve made some wonderful friends along the way and there’s certainly been some interesting moments! 😂

Hi everyone, how great is is this low spend April bucket list!?
Are there any other things you like to do at this time of year that brings you joy? 🤩❤️🥳
I absolutely love going on walks and spying the spring flowers and also getting my seeds on the go. Especially my sunflower and pumpkin seeds!!! 🌻🎃❤️😍

Hi lovely people 🤩
I just thought I’d let you know that I’ve had a cancellation tonight at 7 or 7.30pm!!!
So if you have been meaning to book in to try the wonderful reiki then tonight is the night!
Reiki is a beautifully, powerful and comforting experience and helps to rebalance our energy on a mental, physical and spiritual level.
Did you know, that I am also blessed to channel messages from spirit animals, angels and other beings of the white light ❤️🙏😇 so if you are feeling a little lost and would like some insight and light shedding on your situation and bright blessings sprinkled on your path ahead then this is for you!
