Appointment Terms & Conditions Policy

*When booking an appointment, a £10 non-refundable deposit will be required. Once the deposit has been received, the appointment will be confirmed.

*Cancellation outside of 48 hours’ notice - nothing to pay.

* Cancellation less than 48 hours - 50% of the treatment fee.

* Cancellation less than 24 hours - 100% of the treatment fee.

* No-show - 100% of the treatment fee to be paid before attending another appointment.

New Policy for All Appointment Bookings

Due to several cancellations in the past few months and trying to fill the slots with little notice, I have decided to implement a non-refundable deposit policy.
Now when booking an appointment, a £10 non-refundable deposit will be required. Once the deposit has been received, the appointment will be confirmed.
