Potential Personal Training is a health and fitness company based in Lindfield and the surrounding areas. We offer training packages individually designed for each client to fit around your lifestyle and goals. Large group, small group and private training are run 7 days a week at our exclusive training studio. Our trainers can support you with a whole range of aspects of your health and fitness programme, here are just a few;

We're a proud sponsor of the Lindfield Village Run πŸ™Œ we've been sponsoring the event for over 10 years now and its such a fantastic day as a local community!

We love to see so many of our members there! whether its taking on the event, supporting friends & family or helping the event run smoothly πŸ‘

The whole event is run by a committee of volunteers and all the friendly faces you see whilst you're running are volunteers aswell so it quite literally couldn't happend without your help πŸ˜€

Meet Joe ⬆️ πŸ‘‹

Joe had always been active. He runs, cycles, swims & was regularly going to the gym but not seeing any progress.

Since joining PPT Joe has got significantly stronger!

He also sees the difference in his fitness which carries over into running & cycling πŸ‘

Joe didn't need any drastic changes or extreme plans it was just a structured programme, support & accountability to keep showing up πŸ’™

Joe now has more energy and finds things that were previously challenging really easy to do!

Most importantly, Joe is great fun to have in sessions, is really supportive of other members and great fun to Coach. Well done Joe! πŸ™Œ

What if....?

I'm nervous? Look, its easy enough saying it, we know. Honestly most of our members have been there, the most important thing is you're showing up for yourself!

I'm the weakest? It really doesn't matter your level of strength or fitness to begin with, thats the whole idea of personal training! Its training for YOU to support YOU to become stronger & fitter.

I don't know anyone? Neither did anyone else before they started, but you know what everyone says after a couple of months? They love the people & community, its not just a buzzword. Everyone will support you and help you on your health & fitness journey.

If its hard? As cheesy as it sounds, nothing worth having is easy. Having said that, We're also human so its ok every now and then to take it easy, our coaches know that some days just turning up is the biggest win.

Today isn't my day? Well, as the picture says... theres always tomorrow! One hot day, does not make a Summer.

Meet Tim πŸ‘‹ Tim's 53 from Lindfield, busy with work & being a Dad Tim has managed to make coming to the gym a consistent habit for 10 Years now πŸ™ŒπŸ‘

Before joining PPT Tim had 'tried everything'. The thing was, Tim lacked structure & accountability.

Being busy & having lots on his plate he just needed to know when he was turning up and that is all he had to worry about.... and 10 years later, we can say it worked!

Meet one of our members Richard from our new site in Uckfield πŸ‘‹πŸ‘€

He didn't join because he wanted to get shredded!

He had a lot stress from work, aches & pains & didn't think he could train due to injuries from an accident when he was younger.

He didn't need lots of cardio or crazy classes.

Richard just needed a plan that he could stick to, that worked around him to make sure he can train safely but also see the improvements he wants in how he feels & his movement.

In 4 weeks he has already seen significant progress!

Stronger

More confident
