Join me every Tuesday (term time) for a relaxed, supportive space where you can get help with:
🤱 Breastfeeding
🍼 Bottle feeding
❤️Combination feeding & everything in between

Run by an IBCLC, Midwife & Tongue Tie Specialist, this group is here to support you—no pressure, no judgement, just real, compassionate care 💛

👋🏻 I’m still here! How can January have felt so long yet flew by at the same time… Blessed to have been busy in January which I will forever be thankful for. 🥰 I started the year thinking I would boss my social media and post way more regularly… that went well 😆 I am offering appointments in clinic spaces in Hereford and now Leominster! Tongue tie assessments / treatments and feeding support. My feeding support group in Hereford continues on a Tuesday 10-12 at The Real Birth Studio. If you’d like to work with me get in touch!

A very merry Christmas to all the families I’ve had the pleasure of supporting past and present. 🎄 Thank you for trusting me. Just a little reminder: It’s your baby, your choice, your way of feeding. You don’t have to justify yourself to anyone, ever. No you won’t make a rod for your own back, and yes the baby probably does want feeding again so soon. 😂🎅 Have a wonderful Christmas! 🎄
