It’s a Wrap!
Another incredible year has come to a close, and we’re thrilled to step into Year 9 with big plans ahead!
After months of research and planning, we’re excited to introduce Nature’Ed—a new program offering nature-based activities. This will complement our existing ReStart, Lighter Touch, and Non-Verbal Toolkit equine courses, all designed to support individuals who are experiencing or at risk of isolation or exclusion.
🌿 Coming Soon:
This summer, we’re launching forest-based activities, the first step in expanding our programs. Our roll out will include:
✔ A Certified Educational Animal Care scheme to provide learning opportunities centered around our rescued animals.
✔ Eco-agriculture initiatives—planting trees, hedgerows, and food to benefit both people and wildlife.
✔ A community cooking space, primarily for neurodivergent individuals, school groups, and local community projects.
🙏 With Deepest Gratitude
We couldn’t do this without the generous support of our funders over the past year, including:
✔ The People’s Postcode Lottery
✔ Albert Hunt
✔ Community Foundation of Surrey
✔ Tandridge Sparks
✔ Your Councillor Community Fund
✔ Arnold Clark
✔ Rural England Prosperity Fund
We are also incredibly grateful to those who have directly paid for our services, ensuring we can continue to support those most in need.
💙 A Huge Thank You to Our Volunteers!
From mucking out to admin, social media, food donations, and everything in between—your dedication is invaluable. Our trustees, private donors, and business supporters have also played a vital role in helping us continue our mission.
🎉 Community Support Makes a Difference
Special thanks to our local community for regularly supporting our fundraising quiz nights at The Plough in Dormansland—whether by attending, donating, or gifting goods and services.
🚶♂️ Breaking the Silence on Male Mental Health
Our Men At Walk project, launched in February 2024, provides a safe, non-judgmental space for men to talk while walking in the stunning countryside surrounding our centre. This initiative aims to normalize open conversations about mental health—no fixing, just support.
📢 Exciting News: The Viewpoint Hub is Here!
Recently launched The Viewpoint Hub, is offering corporate team leadership and personal development programs. Not only does this provide unique, fun and valuable growth opportunities outside the boardroom, it also generates crucial revenue to sustain our charity work in these challenging times.
