Men at Walk – *Training Session this Sunday 18th January 10-12pm*
We’re pleased to share that Luke joined our team as an official Guide in November. To mark this, we’re running a Men at Walk training session this Sunday at our Centre (up the lane from the green cabin), a week ahead of the next walk on 25th January.
This session covers practical, everyday stuff most of us say should be taught in schools - there is no one-size-fits-all !
🔹 How body language works (and what we give off without realising)🔹 Why actions don’t always match words🔹 Simple, workable ways to handle situations and behaviour more positively
Through the charity we’ve been running this training since 2020 with healthcare staff, teachers, parents and, more recently, leadership teams through Viewpoint Hub. The feedback is always the same:👉 “This would have been useful to know years ago.”
📍 Indoor horse arena (just up from the usual meeting place)⏰ 10am start
What to expect:
* A short, interactive talk — clear, relatable and in the moment
* A brief horse session to see this in action, with the option to have a short 1–1 go if you want (time permitting)
* No pressure. No therapy. No must-do’s.
Just useful information, good company, and tea & cake ☕🍰
Please confirm your place so we can plan numbers, and feel free to share with like-minded lads who might enjoy it. This session is fully funded so FOC for participants. Questions? Just drop us a message.
