I treated myself to a facial this morning and I cannot recommend Jo enough!
The facial was very relaxing and I also had a foot and scalp massage, I felt so chilled afterwards 😍

I still think it’s wonderful to see the body mapped in the feet!
For those who have never had reflexology and think it’s a nice foot massage, it’s so much more than that. By working the reflexes of the feet I am working the body and with over 7000 nerve endings on the foot no wonder it feels so good and relaxing 😍

I love this.
I have always been worried in the past that I would lose friendships or relationships if I spoke my mind and as a consequence sometimes held onto relationships that were not entirely healthy and two sided.

I have just booked my 7th and last break of 2025 to Croatia at Christmas.
This year has been all about the trips for me, the adventures and experiences. The relaxation and having some time to be still and reflect.
Grief has been a real struggle for me and I find the travels a welcome distraction, something to look forward to and plan for.
Also through counselling and my own self development I am learning it is also ok to just be and be content with my own surroundings.

We only get one shot at this life, let’s just go and do whatever it is we want to do! ❤️
