Fantastic new therapy offering from Anne-Marie

I am delighted to share with you that I am now a certified practitioner of IEMT.

IEMT, (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) provides a structured approach to change problematic emotions and behaviours by engaging you in a series of guided eye movements.

These guided eye movements enable you to reduce or eliminate the negative emotions that you have attached to a situation in the past by enabling you to process a memory that was previously distressing.

It can also be used to enable you to move from an unhelpful view of your own identity to one that is more positive and realistic.

IEMT has been found to be effective in:
• Enabling the emotional resolution of traumatic experiences.
• Reducing difficult emotions and thoughts relating to past experiences.
• Reducing chronic stress by increasing resilience through addressing stress-
related thought patterns.
