When asked what puts them off trying hypnotherapy, so many people I speak with say that the fear of not being in control and saying something they don’t want to is the biggest reason.

Stage hypnosis shows for entertainment purposes have a lot to answer for!

I can 100% assure you Hynotherapy is very different to what you’ve seen on TV. You will be in complete control throughout. You will be fully conscious when we discuss your reasons for coming then whilst in trance, you will actually say very little, if anything at all.

If this has been putting you off getting help, please take my word that you have nothing to worry about.

My initial consultations are £30 which include a chat about your concerns and reasons for coming followed by a short ‘taster’ hypnotherapy session so you can see what it’s really like.

Happy New Year everyone 😀

How are you feeling as we start to ease back into normal life again? I hope you are going easy on yourself.

Anxiety levels often peak at this time of year. We can feel a lot of pressure and expectation of what we should be doing or achieving in the new year, and the change to routine, later nights, more alcohol and sugar over the festive period can also make us feel more on edge.

If anxiety is something you struggle with this is an ideal time to start dealing with those negative feelings and working towards feeling better.

I have spaces available now for both online and in person hypnotherapy sessions. You will be surprised by just how relaxing you will find it and we can work at your own pace, developing a plan so you can make the most of 2024.
