Great to be part of the inaugural Beecraigs Country Park parkrun. Pamela and Karen both took part today.
A great addition to the list of parkruns available locally.
Parkrun is very inclusive, it is on every Saturday morning at 9.30am, covering a 5km distance, it is suitable for all abilities including walkers through to those looking for a PB or to finish high up their age ranking or indeed as a fastest finisher.
