Based in West Lothian, we promote sport for disabled children and young adults (age range 0 to 24 years).

From recreational level to full competitive standard - there are No Limits! Multi-Sports club 11am to 1pm on Saturday’s at Linlithgow Xcite.

Do you know a teenage girl with a diagnosis of autism or similar support needs?

Branch Out Together is now accepting referrals for a supportive service designed to help girls try new things, build confidence, and enjoy time out in the community with new friends.

It’s all about connection, creativity, and gentle encouragement in a safe and welcoming space.

Running weekly on a Wednesday in Edinburgh from 18:15-20:45 from September 25- June 26.

Just another typical adventure with Bendrigg Trust ☺️
