You don’t need to give up your life to get fit & healthy.

I’m a 36 y/o dad to a 6 y/o & a full time PT, working antisocial hours.

For those reasons alone, I don’t want to spend all of my spare time working out in the gym.

These days my focus is more on maintaining/ building well rounded strength/ muscle, staying lean, fit & healthy. Whilst still having time do other fun stuff outside of the gym. ⛳️ ⚽️ 👶

Like most people, I work well with strucutre, so I commit to lifting weights 2-3x per week; Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

This last year, I’ve been doing full body strength training workouts, working all the major muscle groups across 2-3 sessions & I have noticed good results.
