Hi My Name is Kim Booth and I am the director of Total Massage Solutions Ltd and an avid equestrian!

A brief History

From the age of 16 I quickly realised college was not for me, but I loved my job at a prestige Hotel, working in their fitness centre. This job gave me access to a range of qualifications and opportunities and when the chance to run a gym at a country park came up, I jumped at it. Here began my career as a freelancer. From this, my client base grew and I began seeing people in their homes and even worked in hotel gyms as their personal trainer. As my success developed so did my education, as I embarked on courses.

I have seen how personal training can change a person’s life so I decided I wanted to push beyond this and branched out into Stroke rehabilitation, becoming the only qualified person in South Yorkshire. Once again a further opportunity emerged and I began my journey in sports massage. My job got even more rewarding and it is this journey that has bought my freelance work to become a limited company.

Qualifications include: Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage, First Aider, Level 4 Functional Rehabilitation and Exercise training after Stroke, Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training, The Otago Strength and Balance Exercise Programme Leaders Award and Neuromuscular Energising Therapy (NET) both basic and upper limb.

Very quickly my personal clients became businesses and now Total Massage Solutions could be your answer to staff well-being.
