🔥 ABOUT THE DETOX ‘25’ 🔥
This programme is not like any other diet you have followed.
It is designed to change your way of thinking about food, so you can make the right choices with the right balance when it comes to meal and snack times.
• You will learn about the importance of macronutrients and be influenced in to eating to fuel so that you can continue a healthy lifestyle.
With this you will not only give you results with weight loss but you will have more energy, less bloating, skin glow, feel great and gain confidence.
• The programme will teach you to have a good relationship with food, following a simple week by week process.
• A shopping list is provided which will able you to make meals with the ingredients from the recipes provided.
From then on you can choose to invent your own meals and get the enjoyment of cooking back.
• You will have more of an understanding about processed foods, including the sugar that has a massive impact on our diet which causes us all kinds of health problems.
You will learn how to be disciplined and reject these temptations.
• We do not weigh out or count calories.
We learn how to understand portion, we make the right choices and have the right balance.
We do not eat what we do not need.
• We do enjoy weekends, social time and family time.
We eat with our families.

Whatever exercise you choose, as long as you are active however, follow my workouts to target the areas you want to change.
