HJT Sports Massage Therapy

HJT Sports Massage Therapy I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy. My aim is to help reduce pain and improve your wellbeing.

Sports Massage is for anyone, and can help prevent injuries, reduce inflammation and improve overal mobility and blood flow. I currently operate from my private therapy room in Saffron Walden, Essex and can also travel to surrounding areas. I also split my time between here and a therapy room in Bexleyheath, so I am accessible for people who live in Essex, Cambridgeshire, Kent and South East London

I prefer to work with natural products as this is very important to me. The main products I use are; DoTerra Oils (various fragrances), Fractionated Coconut oil, Sweet Almond oil and Massage wax made of beeswax.
