Flow in the Forest is a gathering for the UK flow arts community — bringing together movement, creativity, music, performance and connection beneath the trees.

Whether you’re completely new or already deep into the world of flow arts, there’ll be space to learn, practice and play, and almost every single one of the 50+ workshops that will be hosted at this years Flow in the Forest 2026 is included in the cost of your ticket. Fab right?

🧵 SpinningYarns crafting space returns for 2026, bringing hands-on creativity back into the forest alongside an expanded programme of prop making, crafts and maker workshops.

🔥 Every single day we will also be running a dedicated beginner / newcomer / neurodiverse-friendly fire session.

These sessions are designed to create a calmer, more supportive environment for people who may feel overwhelmed by large crowds or public performance pressure.

No spectators will be permitted during these sessions, just a safe and welcoming space to learn, ask questions, build confidence and explore fire arts at your own pace.

As night falls, the forest transforms with fire circles, live music, DJs, performances, wellbeing spaces, hot tubs, sauna and late-night jams beneath the trees.

Expect four days of workshops, community, nature, music and unforgettable nights around the fire.

Volunteer applications for Flow in the Forest 2026 (take two) are now officially live. 🔥🌲

Before anything else, we also want to acknowledge and apologise for the delays some people have experienced regarding volunteer deposit returns and communication over the past months.

Behind the scenes, the volunteers that make Flow in the Forest happen have been working hard to improve our systems and infrastructure for 2026.

This has included redevelopment work on the website to better support applications, volunteering and festival processes moving forwards, alongside a number of wider administrative and operational improvements behind the scenes.

Some of these administrative and operational processes have taken considerably longer than anticipated, which has unfortunately contributed to delays in returning volunteer deposits.

We know communication around this has not been as clear or timely as it should have been, and for that we sincerely apologise.

Ideally, we would have liked to have returned deposits, and offered returning volunteers discounted tickets or volunteering opportunities for 2026, much earlier this year.

While there have been genuine logistical reasons for the delays, we completely understand the frustration this has caused for some people and apologise.

We want to reassure everyone affected that emails will be going out throughout this week and weekend to resolve this properly with you directly.

Thank you all so much for your continued patience, understanding and support while we work through it.

Last year, Flow in the Forest only happened because an incredible group of people came together to create something special. Volunteers, performers, instructors, artists, musicians and attendees all helped shape four unforgettable days in a field filled with creativity, kindness, learning and connection. Every single person who attended contributed to the atmosphere that made the event what it was, and we remain deeply grateful for that.

With that in mind, volunteer applications for Flow in the Forest 2026 are now officially live.

As we continue building and improving the festival, we’re looking for passionate, friendly and reliable people who want to help create something truly special in the woods once again.

Tier 2 tickets for Flow in the Forest 2026 end soon, on July 1st prices will increase from:

🔥 £165 self-catered → £180
🔥 £280 fully catered → £300

We’ve listened carefully to your feedback and want to make sure we deliver a smoother, safer, and even more enjoyable experience this year.

As we begin announcing our plans for Flow in the Forest 2026, we hope you’ll see the ways we’ve taken your feedback on board and the improvements we’re making across the festival.

This years flow will be held in beautiful woodland near Woodbridge in Suffolk, and we’re excited to welcome back the wonderful Staff Doctor alongside a few other familiar faces to teach workshops throughout the weekend.

Weather gods permitting 🤞, we’ll be hosting an LED gala show under the big top, while the Fire Gala Show will take place on Saturday evening, directed by Szymon from Bring the Fire Project

The fire space will once again be managed by Szymon, but this year in collaboration with Cosmic Circus , who will be returning for Flow 2026 but on-top of marshalling, they will also be there to host the space, support our amazing DJs, and ensure the area is well managed and safe throughout the event.

The fire space will be slightly bigger this year. As we continue to grow in experience and confidence, we hope to gradually expand the space further in future years while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Due to popular demand and community feedback, we’ll also be bringing back an aerial space but this year, with a aerial show, more workshops with a focus beginners, act creation, teaching and professional development, and the fire gala show will be moved to Saturday for 2026.

Our wellbeing area and maker space will also return, bigger than before and packed with workshops galore.

🌲 Flow in the Forest 2026 - Venue Announcement 🌲

It’s been a long time coming… we have sent so many emails, scoured the internet and google maps, completed so many site visits, and we’re finally here...

We’re incredibly excited to announce that Flow in the Forest 2026 has found its new home - set in a beautiful site near Woodbridge.

Here is just a sneak peak of the line up that in confirmed and booked for 2026...

After many site visits and a lot of careful consideration, we’ve secured a space that allows us to deliver the event you all want - while keeping things accessible and sustainable in a year where costs have risen more than expected.

- A full LED show this year, weather gods permitting…
- A welcoming, accessible campsite within reach of most of the UK and Europe

Flow in the Forest recently became an official not-for-profit status organisation by incorporating as a company limited by guarantee

Becoming a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) simply puts that intention into the legal structure of the festival and moving to a CLG structure directly injects that ethos into the bones of how the festival is run.

It’s a way of protecting the event, the people involved, and the values it’s built on, now and into the future.

Thank you, Luke Harries!

Luke has been part of Flow in the Forest since the early days, and stepped up as the lead organiser for the Fire Space. He took on performer and artist liaison, and managed, directed, and delivered both the Fire Gala and the wider fire programme with professionalism, care, and creative vision.

As Luke now steps down from his role, we want to take a moment to sincerely thank him for everything he’s contributed. His work has played a part in shaping the event and helping it become what it is today, and his impact will be felt long after this chapter closes.

We’re deeply grateful for your time, energy, and commitment, thank you for being part of the journey.

There are 8 self catered tickets available at the tier 1 price of £145 and 6 fully catered tickets available for £255.

These will disappear after Saturday unless they sell out before then.

From Sunday tier 2 tickets will be available.
