My gorgeous client arrived with these in her arms last night for me. Aren’t they stunning? Never seen such an incredible colour for peonies before. Feeling very lucky for the job I do and the wonderful clients I have. Thank you 🥰. Looking forward to a full day of seeing more lovely people today xx

GCSE Reflexology Revision session in the shade of the apple tree with the birds singing and Big Bill giving moral support! Tomorrow this one will be taking her first GCSE and has been revising hard for weeks. She loves a reflexology revision session, as the massage keeps her relaxed as we go through some questions and talk over her possible answers. It was a beautiful afternoon for this outside session. Reflexology is clinically proven to reduce anxiety and stress so it’s the perfect thing to help sooth exam nerves. Revision doesn’t just have to be at a desk, what ways have you found to make revision more interesting? 🍀 Good Luck to everyone taking their exams now, just do your best, take some deep breathes and know that these exams do not define who you are. X

This is big Bill who snuck into the reflexology room this morning for a peaceful nap! He knows its not allowed but it’s quiet, the Neom diffuser is on with a “make me happy” aroma and no one will interrupt his dreams! Little does he know that he’ll have to go as I have a full day of reflexology sessions until 6.30pm and it’s my lovely clients that will be napping and relaxing!! I hope you can find some time for peace and quiet today 🥰

Breathe in this sunshine! Doesn’t the sun just make everything better? On Sunday at 3pm I decided I needed to see the sea! So we hopped in the car and 35 mins later we were here. It was beautifully calm and warm. We skimmed pebbles, went for a walk and had a supreme hot chocolate with all the cream and marshmallows and then we lay on the warm beach pebbles and soaked in the vitamin D. We are so lucky to live fairly near the beach. The ocean is my happy place. If I could, I would spend all day everyday underwater with no phones, no to do list, just floating around looking at all the beautiful colourful life. Where is your happy place? Where do you go to relax and let your mind rest? I had a few sleepy clients yesterday who managed to switch off and forget their busy lives for a precious moment. If you can’t get to a beach but want some time away from phones and emails, book a reflexology session. 🥰

What do you want 2025 to give you? These are a little selection of some gorgeous postcards I am using to start January off with positive vibes. Each of my January clients chooses as card they love, they take it home to write a little message to themselves on the back as if 2025 is a destination they have arrived in or a trip they are going on. Thinking about what they’d like to do here and what they hope 2025 can give them. Then they choose a colourful envelope, seal their message inside and bring it back to me. I will then deliver it back to them in December. It’s not about resolutions, it’s about hopes, dreams and positive manifestations for this next journey round the sun. I can’t wait to give them back in December, if my forgetful mind remembers to do it 😂😂
