I am a fully trained and insured Swedish massage therapist and
reflexologist with a VTCT professional diploma in both treatments. Full Body Massage - (1 hour) £45
Back Massage ( 30 mins) - £30
Reflexology (1 hour) - £45
Indian Head Massage (30 mins) £30
Combination Massage and Reflexology (90mins) £60
Top-To-Toe treatment - Indian Head, Massage and Reflexology - (2hrs) £80

* Add hot stones to a

massage treatment free for any treatment of 60 minutes or more.
* Treatments can be adapted to accommodate pregnant clients. Please allow enough time for your consultation prior to any treatment. I work from my purpose built therapy studio in very serene and peaceful country surroundings. I can do home visits subject to availability and distance. Reflexology can help with specific problems such as stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, back pains, shoulder stiffness, digestive problems among many others so please contact me if you would like to know if a treatment may help you. Swedish massage is a deep tissue massage which is very effective at reducing muscle stress and tensions, it can can be very helpful to people that play a lot of sport, it can improve skin tone it is also great for lymphatic drainage and de-toxing the body.

- Both treatments can be adapted after the first trimester of pregnancy.

- Some illnesses cannot be worked around so please check with me before booking.

- All client information is highly confidential!
