💗Anxiety is a natural part of the human experience, but it can sometimes feel overwhelming. Understanding the anxiety curve can help manage anxiety more effectively

💗Imagine anxiety as a curve, like a roller-coaster ride. At the very beginning, it is like that anticipation you feel when you are about to go on a thrilling ride. This is where mild anxiety can actually be beneficial, as it helps us stay alert and focused.

💗But as we move up the curve, just like on a roller-coaster, anxiety can start to feel overwhelming. It is like climbing that first big hill, and sometimes, it can feel pretty steep. This is when your heart might race, your thoughts may start to race too, and you might notice physical symptoms like sweaty palms or shallow breathing. It is okay; this is a normal part of the ride.
