I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a very happy New Year! It all went so quickly!

I am back to work this week and have been busy seeing lots of clients in my treatment room, it's been especially warm and cosy there this week compared to the freezing temperatures outside! Warm fluffy blankets, a heated bed and heated towels were definitely needed!!

Shout out to an amazing local business today .thecreativestudio I took my girls there this morning for one of their drop in craft sessions, it's such a gorgeous place, Eva who runs it is such an expert on all things crafting and so lovely too.

Such a fun, relaxed morning! Would highly recommend!
