I'm very excited to announce I have completed and passed my Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage course!

RLD is an award winning Reflexology technique, researched and developed by Sally Kay that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet to cause an effect on the lymphatic system of the body.

This treatment is deeply relaxing and can be very beneficial for clients suffering with lymphoedema. RLD may also be useful to support clients with other conditions linked to teh lymphatic system.

Day 1 complete for my Reflexology Lymph Drainage course. Such an interesting day! Today we learnt more about the lymphatic system, secondary lymphodema after breast cancer and how to measure the arm to calculate the difference after a treatment. Can't wait for day 2 tomorrow!

In January there was so much talk about self care and sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming and that you should be doing all these things but then get stressed you have no time to do them! At least thats how I felt in January!

I had this morning off and spent 1.5 hours on a video call with one of my best friends in Australia and that is definitely my self care for the week done! Great chat, lots of laughs and grateful to still be close friends 13 years after she emigrated.

Sometimes it's the most simple things like an overdue chat with a good friend that give you the best self care! X

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a very happy New Year! It all went so quickly!

I am back to work this week and have been busy seeing lots of clients in my treatment room, it's been especially warm and cosy there this week compared to the freezing temperatures outside! Warm fluffy blankets, a heated bed and heated towels were definitely needed!!

Reflexology in Surrey and Hampshire

I am fully qualified in Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. Based in Liphook, on the Surrey and Hampshire borders. I have been completing reflexology treatments since 2015, and qualified in 2016. I subsequently qualified in Indian Head Massage in February 2019 and undertook my Reflexology Maternity training in May 2019. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.

Reflexology is a holistic therapy that uses massage and pressure to specific points on the feet to balance the whole body. Reflexology aids relaxation, helps to release tension and can enhance sleep and improve wellbeing.

I offer treatments from my relaxing treatment room in Liphook, or I can make mobile visits if preferred.

Initial Reflexology treatments are 1 hour 15 mins to allow discussion around medical history. Subsequent treatments are 1 hour with the treatment itself taking around 45 minutes with 15 minutes consultation. All treatments are £40.
