The Lymphatouch Pro is designed to elevate patient care with its negative pressure therapy. This device gently lifts the patients soft tissue to encourage lymphatic circulation which can help reduce the build up of swelling fluid and enhance the body’s own healing process.

The negative pressure can also help relax the soft tissue and relieve muscle tension.

With only six people per session, All Active Pilates gives you space to learn, ask questions and get one-to-one corrections and attention. It’s a calm and welcoming place for beginners, and a smart way for experienced participants to sharpen their skills☺️

Each class is led by a physiotherapist, which adds an extra layer of expertise. If you’re dealing with any aches or injuries their team can adapt movements to match your abilities and keep you moving safely👏

Reformer Pilates is a brilliant way to build core strength and stability while improving posture, balance, and overall body control💪
