We're hosting a Men's mental health morning at the Highway Inn on Thursday 27th November from 9am-11am. Come along for some nice grub, a tea or coffee and a chat on mental health, support, coping and a few more tips and tricks in managing our mental health.

We are delighted to let the amazing community of Lisburn know that we are running a cancer support group starting November the 12th at the Resurgam Community/Youth Centre.

1 in 2 people in the UK will be diagnosed with some form of cancer during their lifetime. We don't talk about this enough, and though society has begun to have a better understanding of cancer, how it affects people and families. cancer can also have a massive impact on our own lives and those around us, talking about it can help.

This is open to anyone who has been affected by cancer and it will be a place to talk, learn and share stories. This will include a potential for sign posting to all our amazing cancer services out there.

Feel free to share if you think anyone might find this helpful to any extent.

We can offer support from anything from weight management, heart health, healthy habits, mental health signposting, blood pressure checks and overall better chronic condition management.
