After 10 incredible years in practice, we’ve always tried to keep our booking process as flexible as possible.

However, to secure your appointment, we now require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. (via Booksy)

Your deposit is fully refundable up to 72 hours before your appointment. After this time, deposits will be non-refundable. The reason for this is simple and important: the products we use are prescription-only medications. These are ordered specifically for each individual patient from the pharmacy to ensure they arrive in time for your appointment.

This isn’t a decision we’ve taken lightly, but as a medical aesthetics clinic, this is what we need to do moving forward.
