Thank you to everyone who has sent me very kind messages on my retirement. I have been totally overwhelmed over the last week. I had a great, but emotional day today surrounded by my staff and family. There are so many people to thank, but to have my mum and dad there today was special. I started in private practice working from their spare room, treating on a wooden couch made by my dad!! My mum, as many of you know, has been my receptionist, practice manager, accountant….the list goes on. Without them the practice would not have flourished to what it is today. Finally a massive thank you to my wife Alison, who encouraged me to move the clinic to 10 Antrim Road and has been a constant support throughout my career. We are looking forward to a new chapter in our lives with plenty of travel!!

💥HUGE ACHIEVEMENT FOR DESMOND 💥
We were delighted to help Desmond get fit to complete his 41st Lisburn 10k last week. He has competed in every Lisburn 10k since it started and has no plans to stop!!!

It’s been a busy 6 weeks in sport at Lisburn Physiotherapy!!. Craig fractured his collarbone on 23rd March and, after having surgery, played in the Irish Junior Cup Final 6 weeks later!! Ryan helped Lisnagarvey win the Irish Senior Cup and Kirk Cup, Ross helped Mossley Hockey Club win the Linden Cup, and Megan won the McConnell’s Shield in her last game for Queen’s!!
