A few spaces have come up on the final Aquanatal class this year, on Sunday 14th December. It’s from 2-3.15 pm with Leslie. It’s great at any stage of pregnancy, and has many positive benefits! You don’t need to be able to swim, it’s more like yoga in the water, and the water is heated to a delightful 32 degrees!

Starting on the 14th of October, I’ve a prenatal yoga course that will run over 8 weeks until the 16th December, so perfect for those Christmas babies!

If you are due before then, you’re welcome to book individual classes.

Let me support you during your pregnancy journey. You don’t need previous experience of yoga, as everything is uniquely adapted for pregnancy and with your comfort and safety at the centre of everything.

The course takes place in my studio in Upper Ballinderry, on Tuesdays from 7-8.30pm.

This is open to students who have been doing yoga and now want to go to the next stage.

Becoming a teacher is only part of it, deepening your knowledge and growing in confidence is part of the course too.

Did you know that we have a yoga course starting on Thursday that is just for beginners?

You will be surrounded by people who are starting out on their journey too, so everyone is in the same boat.

All the props you need for yoga are here, so you don't need to buy anything. If you decide to get some props down the line, we can give you advice on what to buy.

We begin with lying down, to give everyone time to settle into the room and to relax.

Send me a message if you are interested in joining this course, it's £48 for 6 weeks. Thursday 7.30-8.45 pm. We also have an option to do the course at home.

This course is running alongside the teacher training, for those who would like to learn more about yoga, but have not desire to teach. That’s not to say you can’t go on to learn to teach, sometimes you don’t know until you try. The road only unfolds when you start walking it.
