Midterm break didn't stop my members coming along to class this week. They are all looking forward to my 7 week challenge which starts next week . These are just a few of my members that have reached their happy weight by following the WLS food plan...I'm.in there too!! We have not only lost weight but we are keeping it off. They have all learned to think about nutrition rather points etc. As you can see...that has worked well for everyone. So...how many of you are putting off doing something about that extra stone or 2 that has crept on? What are you waiting for? JANUARY? Did you not say you were going to do something about it last January? I had 7 members join last week and had their first weigh in this week...Between them they lost
2st 11lbs. Do you think they regret not waiting until January.? They are going to have lost at least a stone by then..just sayin! Why not join me next week and get started. All class times and venues in comments.

Good morning...one of my lovely members posted this in my closed group...what a wake up call to everyone in there. Have you ever wondered how that extra stone or 2 crept on over the past couple of years? Theres the answer!...all you need to do to lose weight is to have a calorie deficit. With my food plan you don't have to count every calorie you have eaten as I have done that for you..you simply select foods from a list of all the different food groups so that you get the healthy balance of nutrients...you still have time to lose a stone before Christmas if you put your mind to it!! Just sayin!

My lovely member Helen who has lost an incredible 4 1/2 stone is heading out to celebrate her upcoming birthday..but she's also celebrating her 2nd anniversary of keeping that weight off. Helen still attends class every week...the accountability helps her and she loves the craic!! Why not join me and get started..you can still make a difference before the end of 2025. I think the smile says it all!! Well done to this lovely lady Margaret who reached target last night ... it's not too late to start and get a bit of weight for Christmas. Join me next week and feel as good as she does.

What a day so far...Christine recieved her 1.5 stone award...Deirdre received her 2 stone award..Joanne was delighted to get her 5stone award and 3 members reached target...well done Colleen, Jane and Anne. I'm one proud leader.

T0 anyone that is attending class at the minute...don't forget I have a closed group you can join..lots of extra tips, ideas motivation in there for you. The name of the group is printed on the front of your programme book.

Look at this fab bunch...all smiling...all looking great...all reached their "happy weight"...and all still attend class to help them maintain their success. I encourage members to come along even after they reach target...I don't just forget about them or the effort they put in to get where they want to be. Losing weight isn't the easiest thing you'll ever do but it is one of the most worthwhile things you can do for yourself. If you can get help support and motivation to do that why not take it? Class times and venues in comments plus virtual class times..this means no matter where you are you can still attend.
