It's often asked " why go a class" or "why stay for the talk"
One of my members sent me this email yesterday...I think it sums up why. You get support..you get nutritional information..you get accountability..you get a wee bit of craic.
Always remember I have lost 5st myself so I get it!! Its not easy sometimes but ask any member that has lost weight was it worth it you will get a resounding YES!

Woooohooo...another lovely member reached her happy weight this evening. Just delighted for Eilish..she would be the first to admit she took her time getting there but I said it doesn't matter how long it took didn't you get there!! And of course she loves getting back into clothes but the best thing of all..she no longer has type 2 diabetes!!

I have the best members on earth!! Not only did they turn up to class all day...Alan reached his 1.5 stone off in just 4 weeks..and didn't Lisa go and reach her "happy weight" having lost just over 3st!! I think the smile says it all!!

Good ole St Patrick didn't stop my lovely members turning up for classes this morning..just shows how dedicated they are! Hopefully see more in Lisburn and Moira this evening.

What a difference a year makes. Jayne has lost 5st 7lbs and is loving life. She has had several holidays during this time and yet was still able to reach her target. Jayne loves the WLS food plan as its simple to follow with no complicated calculations etc. Why not join me this week in class and get started. All classes on as normal including this Tuesday. Times and venues in comments.

What a day in classes...lots of awards given out...firstly I have to mention this lovely lady Hazel who reached her happy weight today..and I think that smile says it all. Hazel
says she's been overweight all of her life and has attended every class out there but has never managed to get to her target. I asked her what was different this time..her answer?
" the class is so informative..motivational and great craic plus the food plan is simple to follow"
I also gave out

1 2 stone award
1 2 1/2 stone award
And last but not least
1 7 stone award!!!

I always like to support local businesses. My lovely member Katerina opened up her flower shop in Moira just before Christmas..today was my first opportunity to visit. Boy..what a gem to have in the village..its no ordinary flower shop lots of unusual flowers both fresh and dried. Some stunning arrangements. Don't pass through Moira without calling in. Im home with a lovely bouquet.

I am always delighted when someone reaches their "happy weight" but in this case I'm just jumping for joy for her..what a round of applause she got from her fellow members. Deirdre has lost almost 3 1/2 stone. The last few lbs were very stubborn to put it mildly but this gal wasn't for giving up!! Just shows if you are determined enough you can achieve anything!!

As soon as I announced i was running another charity night for Pretty n Pink, Breast Cancer Charity
Members, their family and friends could not wait to get tickets..its gonna be a great motivational night!! Ill post photos to let you all see.
