I didn't think my week could get any better but it just did!!! The lovely Jayne reached her "happy weight" this morning having lost an amazing 5 st. She is one very excited lady. Jayne joined at the end of Feb along with her sister who I have no doubt will reach her target too. They both love the WLS food plan..its simple but effective!! Keep an eye out here about class details after Christmas..if you have weight to lose WLS is the place to be. Make sure to follow this page so you don't miss out.

What can I say about classes so far in this our last week of WLS classes..well..positive attitude was in abundance..craic was mighty..singing was outstanding..we had a poem read by the lovely Roberta..I met Santa last night and to top it all didn't Sharon and Colette reach their "Happy Weight" . We have Lurgan and Glenavy classes to go..let's see what can be said about them. It may be too late for you to start in 2025 but 2026 is just around the corner..could that be your year?? I'll post details of when we start back after Christmas and you can put the date in your calendar.

They are really glad they started before Christmas...Joan reached her 2 stone mark and her namesake Joan and another Patricia reached their happy weight...the classes were buzzing!! I couldn't be maddened this night!!! I was absolutely delighted to announce in class this evening that this lovely lady has reached her "happy weight" Sheila has lost 3st 7lbs and is just chuffed. She got such a round of applause you could have heard it in the next county!! Sheila is the life and soul of the party and always gives us a laugh every week. I love having her in class. She now starts her maintenance programme.. at WLS you still get help and support after you reach target.
