Who says its not a good time to start? Danielle lost 6.5lbs in her first week!! To say she was pleased is an understatement!!

Well what can I say? Does the WLS plan work? What more evidence do you need than this. 3 members reached target weight so far this week..Edith was camera shy...thankfully these 2 ladies were not...Margaret attends the Lisburn class..lost 2st 7lbs and is just chuffed...Jennifer lost 6 stone and is just loving life!! Don't wait until Sept to start...drop into any of my classes next week and get started.

How many are saying...sure there's no point of either starting or continuing now that the summer is here? I asked in my closed group why are they happy to keep attending over the next couple of months..I have attached a few for you to read..I love the last one in particular!! I am so so proud of my members...we at WLS like to give back . We donated another £4000 to Pretty n Pink, Breast Cancer Charity this morning...in total we have raised £25,500. To say the charity is delighted is an understatement. If you or any of your family ever need help after a diagnosis please contact them right away...they help hundreds of people every year.
