If you don't believe in yourself, your pretty much f@ , fact 💯

It starts with changing your mindset,

You don't need to become a cocky arrogant as***le 😒

Just be real, have some vision, have some drive.

It can be as little as self care, start looking after yourself,

Do the SMALL things ✔️

If your rock bottom

Make a point of getting up at the first alarm, don't hit snooze, make your bed, do some self care and step outside, even for a minute

don't do this naked though, you don't wanna end up I'm trouble 👮‍♂️🚨

Set EASY daily and weekly goals 👍 👌

If your doing nothing at the minute, plan on 3 long walks per week and small walks the other days

Plan on healthy meals

Speak to someone who always gives you confidence and encourages you

To put it straight

ACT 🤜🤛

CHANGE 🔥

Make this week coming better than the last

WE CAN ALL F🤬CK UP 💯

Hey, we are human after all.

There's nothing that can't be reversed, but the longer it's left, the longer until we get back to the point the F🤬CK began.

I screwed up the whole weekend, I will hold my hands high, its December after all.

Over 3 months I went from 102kg to 92.5kg just then last week.

THEN 👀 the weekend happened 😫

Friday 👉 family dinner out, then crisps, ya know those big bags, usually about £1.50 ans should feed a family, yup, those and sweets 🙈

Saturday 👉 home rice and chicken curry, good, yea, until you have enough chips and nan bread to feed the whole family AND , those big evil bad of crisps showed up again 🤮

Sunday 👉 Chinese followed by a stupid amount of sweets, chocolate and all the 💩 of the day,

Santa would be proud of this consumption.

4 kg gained

Anyway,

I can't remember the last time I had such a s**t weekend,

I'm dusted down, got training in and have everything aligned for the week ahead,

All the damage done in one weekend can be fixed over a good week, so no treats this weekend at all 😅

But say I carried this on for a full week!!!!

That could then take a month to recover.

SO STOP ✋️ 🛑

Don't key one bad day (or weekend) define you.

Take control, realise what you want and what's more important!!!!!

And ATTACK

You have goals 🎯 RIGHT ✅️

The thing is, we reach goals when we are positive, we achieve them quicker when surrounded by positivity 💯

You become the environment you surround yourself with,

Surround yourself by winners, you become a winner 🏆

Surround yourself by the opposite, this is how your life will be!!!

When we look for inspiration on social media, we have so much we can chose to 'VIEW''

When looking for inspiration for weight loss goals, and your first goal is to drop from 17 stone to 15 stone,

This is the inspiration to search for, find people on the same journey as you,

Search for people who have HELPED people achieve or for those who HAVE achieved your goals.

This will open your eyes 👀 to actual INSPIRATION 💯

Searching and reflecting on fitness influencers who don't help or interact and give the 'ONE SIZE FITS ALL' that you've found on Google and simply doesn't work,

These guys have genetics and possibly take enhancers and aren't busy working family orientated people like you and me, they are basically 'SPONSORED MODELS'.

This doesn't mean you can't get your DREAM RESULTS, you absolutely f-ing can 🔥💯🔥

Search for people who have been through what you are going through

Search for coaches and mentors, there will be tonnes of free advice and inspiration THAT IS REAL 💚

Andy was gaining weight FAST 🤯

He was getting uncomfortable in his clothes, when his tummy started showing from the bottom of his t shirt, he had enough 🤬

So, we had a chat,

We tracked where he was going wrong and what he could change to suit HIS lifestyle 🙌

He is what we done

👉 changed 3 bowls of cereal today to over night oats and protein

👉 cut his weekend drinking from 2 nights a week to 1 night

👉 added more protein

👉 increased his steps

👉 x3 30 min training sessions added

As a result

🔥 Better sleep

🔥 Better moods (grumpy sh*te he is)

🔥 Clothes fit again

🔥 tonnes more energy

Plus much more

He is on fire and he has only started his journey again

First step was implementing small manageable steps,

He is crushing these 👊

Straight answer, NO!!! you do not need to train in the gym.

Although this is very goal specific!

With Januray around the corner, people LOVE making a fresh start, they also believe that the way to a healthier life is going to the gym.

So many people HATE 👿the gym, they don't know what their doing, they don't understand their goals and simply they quite.

The gym is certainly beneficial in its own right 💯

But, if your goal is to lose weight, get more active, feel fitter and simply improving your physical and mental wellbeing, there are hundreds of options 😉

Hiking 🥾
Running 🏃‍♀️
Swimming 🏊‍♀️
Sport ⚽️ 🎾 🏉 🏑⛳️
Exercise classes 🤸‍♀️
Cycling 🚴‍♂️

Find activities you ENJOY based on your time available, add in step targets, build healthy eatting habits,

MOST IMPORTANTLY- Focus on creating a positive mindset and you WILL have more positivity to take ACTION 🙏

Make being healthy and active fun, not a chore, that way you'll stick at it

We all start somewhere

What people fail to take into consideration that the start, is exactly that, THE START️❗️

Not only is everyone's start, different and varied, we get focused on looking at those who are well past the starting point,

You need to remember, where they are is not where they started.

When you write a journal, you buy a book, its empty, and you open on page 1, your in control of the content, you fill that content with what you want,

This journey is the same, not every day in your journal was a good or easy one, but it's there, and it is a building block to your finished article, which you look back and reflect on.

Your health and wellness journey is no different,

You start at the beginning and navigate your way through, over coming obstacles and hurdles.

Fear holds us back, this is why you need to focus on your mental wellbeing, building that mental toughness along with your physical fitness.

Look after your mind, your mind will look after your body.
