Most people get this hip stretch totally wrong!
If you’re just lunging forward, you’re not stretching your hip flexor at all.
Here’s how to fix it 👇
✅ Kneel on one knee
✅ Tuck your pelvis slightly
✅ Lean forward
✅ Reach the same arm overhead for the full stretch

🚶‍♂️ Bone-on-bone knees?
Here’s the simplest hack you’re not doing…

Cartilage acts like a sponge—it needs movement to soak in nutrients. Sit too long, and it dries out = pain.

✅ Fix: Every 30 minutes, stand up and march in place for 45 seconds.
That “motion snack” can slash knee pressure by 60%!
