I had the most beautiful session with Sid the horse during the week. As I am trained in Therapies myself, I was curious to see how Equine Therapy worked & how it could be used to benefit people. In a nutshell I was blown away by it & can only describe it as magical! ✨
Beverly held the space beautifully & I learned so much about myself & the process in just 1 session!
I can see how this gentle therapy could benefit children massively & in general, anyone with specific issues they'd like to overcome.
Highly recommend ❤️
