Day 4: Batter. I've chosen this recipe from - the very talented culinary team from the latest magazine we worked on together with Sharon Cosgrove Photography. Chicken 65 is an utterly delicious South Indian deep fried chicken appetizer, originating from the Hotel Buhari in Chennai. Chicken pieces are marinated with flour, spices, yogurt, egg, and curry leaves. These are later fried to perfection until golden and crisp. Apart from being delicious and packed full of flavor and punch, Chicken 65 is crisp on the outside, and juicy and tender inside.
