We started todays 200 Hour Yoga teacher training course with a strong yoga practice based on the twin pillars of Asana and Pranayama delivered by Paddy Hamill, lead tutor and Course director.

After a short break Suzanne Greenwood began her yoga wisdom teachings with an introduction to and overview on the subjects of subtle anatomy and the Chakra paradigm before concluding with a guided lotus flower meditation.

We also had some peer to peer teaching practice and small group work on lesson planning.

Would you like to study these and other subjects and take your practice and understanding to a new level?
