📢 Pelvic organ prolapse is a serious condition affecting many, and constipation can make matters worse.

🚫 Straining during bowel movements puts extra pressure on weakened pelvic muscles, exacerbating the prolapse.

💪 Prioritize a healthy diet with sufficient fibre intake, hydration, and regular exercise to prevent constipation and protect your pelvic health.

Let’s spread awareness and support one another in staying informed and taking care of our bodies!

“Why did no one teach us this?! 🤯”

Your pelvic floor is working all day, every day—yet most of us were never taught how to look after it.

If you’ve ever:
✔️ Leaked a little when you sneezed
✔️ Felt pressure or heaviness “down there”
✔️ Avoided jumping, running, or even laughing too hard…

You’re not broken. You’re not alone. And you’re definitely not stuck with it forever.

These 5 truths are things every woman deserves to know—but most never hear.
👉 Slide through to learn what no one told you (but should have).
Then tag a friend and share this forward. Let’s stop suffering in silence 💬✨

📣 Let That Tummy Go — Here’s Why Holding It In Might Be Doing More Harm Than Good

We’ve been told for years to “pull in your tummy,” “engage your core,” or “hold your stomach flat.” It’s become second nature for many of us — whether we’re sitting, standing, walking, or working out.

But here’s the truth: constantly pulling in your stomach isn’t helping your body — it’s actually putting it under stress.

👉 When you suck in your tummy all day, you’re creating a high-pressure environment inside your abdomen. That pressure has to go somewhere — and all too often, it pushes down into your pelvic floor and up into your ribcage and diaphragm.

💥 Over time, this can lead to:
• Pelvic floor dysfunction
• Difficulty breathing deeply
• Digestive issues (hello, bloating and
reflux)
• Increased tension in your upper body
• A disconnected core that actually feels
weaker, not stronger.

Your body was never designed to be clenched all day. It was designed to move, to expand, to breathe, to feel.

💛 So here’s your reminder:
You don’t need to hold it in to be “enough.”
You don’t need a flat stomach to be strong.
You don’t need to shrink yourself to be worthy.

Let your belly soften.
Let your breath drop low.
Let your body be held — not by tension, but by trust.
