Another great offering in St Dennis

Our FREE Better UK exercise class will be running at ClayTAWC tomorrow from 10.30am - 11.30am. Come along and take part and have fun, exercising at the same time. The class is suitable for all abilities and all equipment is supplied. No booking necessary just call in and join in and boost your well-being.

Sewing for wellbeing, what a lovely offering from Cornwall Adult Education.

We will really be focusing on what we can do for our mental health and wellbeing coming up to Mental Health Awareness Week 11-17th May

We’d love to hear more from you guys about what works for you so we can share best practice and support one another and we will be sharing things we find that helps and other useful links and ideas.

Anyway, our dear little Dana pocket rocket
is 1 today!!!

She’s had a bit of an ordeal with her spay and a few other necessary surgeries being done today so she needs extra love, cuddles and treats.

Deep cleaning day

Happy First Day of May!

We’ve been been taking advantage of a quiet week here and doing some deep cleaning. Our office got the special treatment not only the curtain pole being de-fluffed but curtains all washed AND even the dog crate having a scrub in the sunshine!

Our lovely newest member of the team Helen gave the kitchen and garden windows her sparkle treatment too.
