Hello! I’m Kirsty 💙 Founder of Kernow Vitality

I’m a registered nurse with 15 years NHS experience, including 13 in community healthcare. Kernow Vitality started after seeing first-hand how Vitamin B12 injections and other supportive treatments can help people feel more energised, balanced, and themselves again 🌿

I’m joined by Rich, my husband, who is a mental health nurse with 25 years NHS experience. He supports Kernow Vitality by delivering vitamin injections & bringing his extensive clinical expertise to our team.

As this year comes to an end, I just want to say this…

If 2025 hasn’t been your year, you’re not alone 🤍

I knew going into this year that it would be a tough one, and it really was. But I’m ending it with so much gratitude — achievements I’m proud of, a healthy family, a full heart, and a lot of hope.

I truly believe 2026 is going to be better. Calmer, kinder, and filled with new beginnings.
