I've been a certified holistic therapist for over 20 years, I stumbled upon the magic of hypnotherapy through the Silva Ultramind course on MindValley in 2020. Intrigued by the incredible power of the mind, I became a Silva graduate in 2021, unlocking a world of endless possibilities. With passion and dedication, I decided to share the benefits of hypnotherapy with others by introducing them to hypnotic meditations through my Facebook group. People began experiencing life-changing results, particularly with my deep hypnotic Vibe & Vision Journey meditations. Realising the profound impact I was making, I took a giant leap of faith and decided to added a career in hypnotherapy to my repertoire. I hope everyone had a great weekend!

I'm not sure what's going on with my scheduling - it seems to have gone awry, so here are 3 days of Advent Calendar goodies whilst we play catch up! You can use any of them.

It’s December, which means everyone is suddenly meant to spend money on things they’re not even sure people want. Meanwhile, your shoulders are trying to live up by your ears and your nervous system is begging for a breather.

Self-care does not take a month off because Christmas is chaotic.
