đź Do you find yourself saying yes when you really mean no? đź
If youâre stuck in Fawn mode, you may be constantly trying to keep the peace, meet othersâ needs, and avoid conflict â even at the cost of your own well-being.
Fawn can look like:
⢠People-pleasing or over-apologizing
⢠Avoiding conflict at all costs
⢠Putting everyone elseâs needs first
⢠Feeling responsible for how others feel
⢠Struggling to say no or set boundaries
⢠Not knowing what you want anymore
đ This response often comes from a nervous system that learned itâs safer to appease than to be authentic.
⨠A simple somatic practice to shift out of Fawn:
Put one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Take a few slow, deep breaths and ask:
What do I need right now? Whatâs true for me?
This helps reconnect you to your own voice â and reminds your body that itâs safe to matter.
đż Somatic coaching supports you in reclaiming your space, your truth, and your boundaries â without guilt.
