You need to exert effort in order to achieve the results you want. You canโ€™t just wait around for things to happen. Once you get things done, youโ€™ll realise you are getting closer to your goals. Pretty soon, you will see your dreams coming true. Youโ€™re capable of anything!

Whatever has happened is done.

Whether your clean up operation starts on the 1st, 2nd or 4th, stop making it all or nothing. Eating doesnโ€™t have to be that way. Make it about balance.

When I say balance, I donโ€™t just mean food. Tackle those excess and unwanted KGโ€™s with a holistic approach, so think about going back to the basics...

โœจSleep (7-8 hours)
โœจWater (minimum 2.25 litres)
โœจMovement (if not already exercising then start of with 15 mins of walking a day and build up)
โœจStress (what can you do to manage it and reduce it)
โœจSunlight (are you getting outside enough?)

Take it one meal at a time, focusing on the foods that make you feel good and that youโ€™re not still wearing the next day.
