As The New year is fast approaching, I have decided to introduce some new and exciting classes for 2023.
The classes will vary each day to help keep things enjoyable for everyone attending the sessions, this will include resistance and cardio based exercises aswell as core work.
These classes are tailored to all abilities and are also suitable for anyone with existing injuries. All classes will be based in a small group setting to give each individual the attention needed to get the most out of each exercise.
Class schedule for the new year
Mondays - 5pm
Tuesdays - 5:30pm
Thursdays - 5pm
Fridays -12pm
