Resting the stones this weekend. I have to say, I am feeling so rejuvenated to be energising the stones again after such a long time.

The mandala (amongst many other things) helps restore balance, harmony and focus – it’s truly wonderful to dive back into this practice again.

A bit of a 'heavy' read... but neurowellness is a No 3 wellness trend which got a lot of attention at the Global Wellness Summit. I like reading about whats going on and thought I'd share.

Last month I read an article about Neurowellness, which left me feeling conflicted, I was excited because there will no doubt now be funding to explore new & established techniques, but frustrated that the focus is on one system in the body. I love it when an idea comes together - I made a ‘naked’ reflexology balm today so I can easily add your bespoke oils to the mix - tried it out this afternoon and its absolutely lush to work with 💕🧞 now I need to name it 🤔

Had such a fabulous day with Lisa Hands Yoga for our day retreat. 6 hours of self care and relaxation with a scrummy lunch and cake.
